Join our dynamic team as a Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration and content management through Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine business analysis with solution design and user enablement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on site architecture and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Lead initiatives for user training, onboarding, and adoption, utilizing best practices and coaching.
- Provide operational support and resolve SharePoint/M365 issues alongside IT teams.
- Support governance, compliance, and content migration projects.
Skills
- Proven expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of M365 administration, permissions, and security concepts.
- Experience in business analysis and solution design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support end-users effectively.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in an Agile environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and compliance.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Background in SharePoint migrations and advanced content management.
- Skill in creating training materials and user documentation.
