We are seeking a talented and motivated Global Ads Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving the successful rollout and adoption of internal tools and processes within our Ads organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement roadmap to support internal tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design training and documentation for effective tool usage.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and gather feedback to refine enablement strategies.
- Create engaging content such as playbooks, training videos, and FAQs to facilitate learning.
- Ensure operational readiness for billing processes and support teams in navigating these workflows.
Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or sales operations within the advertising or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of ad tech and experience with internal sales tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM systems and conversation intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with billing processes in media or streaming environments.
- Background in account management or related fields.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable training materials.
