Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution for the .com deposits experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and guide designers, providing constructive feedback and overseeing project execution.
- Ensure designs utilize reusable components and identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Define and improve team processes in collaboration with design, product, and engineering teams.
- Maintain organization of project management tools and support design and content partners.
- Present design strategies and outcomes to leadership and various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and business partners to gather feedback and implement effective solutions.
Skills
- Proficiency in design tools with a strong background in design strategy.
- Exceptional ideation and iteration skills focused on user-centered design.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UX design with a proven track record of leading design projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience with reusable components.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and marketing strategies that enhance user experience.
