• Define and improve team processes in collaboration with design, product, and engineering teams.
• Maintain organization of project management tools and support design and content partners.
• Present design strategies and outcomes to leadership and various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and business partners to gather feedback and implement effective solutions.

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools with a strong background in design strategy.
• Exceptional ideation and iteration skills focused on user-centered design.
