JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as an Executive Producer, where you'll lead exciting projects and collaborate with creative minds to bring innovative events to life. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale productions and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of producers to ensure successful project execution from initial pitch to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in partnership with client service teams.
  • Oversee large-scale projects, managing timelines, teams, and deliverables effectively.
  • Monitor financial performance and work closely with finance teams on budgeting and billing.
  • Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships and secure necessary permits.
  • Implement contingency plans and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise onsite event execution, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
  • Facilitate post-event reporting and documentation for continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and ideas to enhance production capabilities.

Skills

  • Background in experiential event production.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across various teams and departments.
  • Experience in client and business development.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale projects and budgets.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management and quality assurance.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) events.
  • Familiarity with innovative technologies in event production.
