Join a dynamic team as an Executive Producer, where you'll lead exciting projects and collaborate with creative minds to bring innovative events to life. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale productions and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of producers to ensure successful project execution from initial pitch to final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in partnership with client service teams.
- Oversee large-scale projects, managing timelines, teams, and deliverables effectively.
- Monitor financial performance and work closely with finance teams on budgeting and billing.
- Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships and secure necessary permits.
- Implement contingency plans and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Supervise onsite event execution, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
- Facilitate post-event reporting and documentation for continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and ideas to enhance production capabilities.
Skills
- Background in experiential event production.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate across various teams and departments.
- Experience in client and business development.

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) events.
