We are seeking a talented UX Architect to join our team, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition platforms through innovative design. If you have a passion for user-centered design and a strong portfolio, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery and design processes for user experiences, translating insights into effective design strategies.
- Create end-to-end user experiences for digital products, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
- Develop flow diagrams, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while adhering to design system standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with design teams, product managers, and engineers throughout the entire design lifecycle.
- Engage in problem framing and early-stage concept development to drive innovative solutions.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in interaction design, visual design, and user-centric design.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with enterprise design systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within large, regulated enterprises.
- Familiarity with designing complex workflows or platform-based products.
- Knowledge of applying AI in design processes to enhance ideation and prototyping.
