Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to operational issues across multiple community safety services.
• Provide real-time operational support during active events, ensuring service integrity.
• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for various services.
• Coordinate with third-party partners to facilitate effective service delivery.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents within defined SLAs.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in community operations, crisis communications, or related fields.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted workflows and escalation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in emergency management or public safety operations.
• Familiarity with animal welfare organizations or pet technology platforms.
• Background in process documentation, workflow design, or operations automation.
• Experience working with API integrations or partner support.
