We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to operational issues across multiple community safety services.
- Provide real-time operational support during active events, ensuring service integrity.
- Document workflows and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for various services.
- Coordinate with third-party partners to facilitate effective service delivery.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents within defined SLAs.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in community operations, crisis communications, or related fields.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills in time-sensitive situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted workflows and escalation processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in emergency management or public safety operations.
- Familiarity with animal welfare organizations or pet technology platforms.
- Background in process documentation, workflow design, or operations automation.
- Experience working with API integrations or partner support.
