Responsibilities

• Execute post-monitoring and audit activities to support paperless initiatives across various business lines.
• Create, control, and enhance end-to-end business processes for improved efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions using process excellence tools.
• Analyze data to determine root causes of issues and document trends for future capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and share innovative ideas.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes and monitoring plans.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years experience in business operations, process analysis, or workflow management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in PC-based software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with quality and audit processes.
• Knowledge of AI or Machine Learning tools.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
