We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while working with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Execute post-monitoring and audit activities to support paperless initiatives across various business lines.
- Create, control, and enhance end-to-end business processes for improved efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions using process excellence tools.
- Analyze data to determine root causes of issues and document trends for future capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and share innovative ideas.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes and monitoring plans.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business operations, process analysis, or workflow management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in PC-based software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with quality and audit processes.
- Knowledge of AI or Machine Learning tools.
- Experience in healthcare or insurance sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
