Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and identify areas for process improvement.
- Establish and maintain operational rhythms, including stakeholder management and project tracking.
- Analyze operational and regulatory risks, building reporting infrastructures to support compliance needs.
- Lead change management initiatives, documenting best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, or regulatory operations within dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in change management.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or workflow tools such as Salesforce or Asana.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools in compliance or operational settings.
- A background in supporting frontline operations through tool enablement and process rollout.
