Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master, where you'll lead Agile practices to drive successful technology and product initiatives. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile delivery practices for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring effective and timely ceremonies.
- Drive team execution through planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to enhance delivery transparency and team alignment.
- Monitor sprint health, team capacity, and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Maintain accurate work management within Jira, ensuring compliance and backlog health.
- Foster accountability and self-organization within the team, escalating risks as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in facilitating Agile practices and leading Scrum teams.
- Strong ability to drive team execution and manage Agile ceremonies effectively.
- Excellent collaboration skills with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tracking sprint health and managing risks and dependencies.
- Experience with Jira for work management and backlog maintenance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fostering team accountability and self-organization.
- Ability to escalate risks and impediments appropriately.
- Background in technology and product initiatives.
