Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support for live events and meetings, ensuring seamless operation of audio-visual equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conference room systems, ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Manage and resolve A/V incidents and requests, maintaining strong ticket hygiene and service delivery standards.
- Conduct regular checks and certifications to ensure conference room readiness and functionality.
Skills
- Proven experience in supporting audio/visual technologies, particularly in a corporate environment.
- Expertise in conferencing technologies and audio/video control systems.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-level executives.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with a proactive and energetic approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with broadcast technologies and advanced production tools.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows and macOS platforms in relation to A/V technologies.
