Join our dynamic team as a Test Engineer Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of testing across our technology programs. We're looking for a motivated individual to drive change and enhance our testing processes, contributing to the delivery of reliable and high-performance projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide testing standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide training and mentorship to application team testers, implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify improvements in Virtualization, Test Automation, and Performance Engineering.
- Identify opportunities for Test Automation and support the automation team in maintaining the test suite.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization, ensuring readiness for testing phases.
- Report on testing health metrics and provide feedback for improvement while balancing team priorities.
- Stay updated with new test technologies and recommend their implementation to enhance current processes.
Skills
- Proficiency in testing frameworks and tools, with knowledge of at least one programming scripting language.
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in test automation and performance testing tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and flexibility to adapt to project needs.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in Type Script, Java, Python.
- Experience with GitLab CI.
- Ability to work overtime if required to support team activities.
