Responsibilities

• Install, update, and maintain systems and applications to ensure optimal operation and security.
• Provide expert recommendations to enhance system security and data protection.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests, ensuring high-quality support and solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement new technologies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Participate in projects and workgroups to drive efficiency and security improvements.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing an Enterprise Vault system, with a minimum of three years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management and enterprise credential vault applications.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with logical access controls and access management technologies such as AD and LDAP.
• Familiarity with incident response and system monitoring practices.
• Knowledge of encryption, web traffic, and packet analysis for enhanced security measures.
