• Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate and troubleshoot cloud solutions.
• Stay informed on AWS services and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide on-call support for critical incidents and escalations.

Skills

• Extensive experience in systems engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps with a focus on automation and AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong background in building CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps methodologies.
• Expertise in configuration management using tools such as Chef or Ansible.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to resolve technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing internal platforms and applications using languages like Python, Ruby, Node, or Java.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and its CMDB functionalities.
• Understanding of container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• AWS certification, such as AWS Solutions Architect, is a plus.
