Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for facilitating discussions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring project success.
• Experience with project management tools like Confluence and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital development processes and technologies, particularly in healthcare or insurance.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and eCommerce platforms.
• Certifications in Scrum Master or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
