Join our innovative team as a Data Engineer/Scientist, where you'll have the opportunity to design and maintain cutting-edge data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data accessibility for various applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data infrastructure, including databases and data pipelines.
- Transform data from diverse sources into formats suitable for analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data security, efficiency, and accessibility for comprehensive analysis.
- Implement data validation and quality control processes to uphold data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and optimize data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and maintain data infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Document and validate business processes in partnership with stakeholders.
Skills
- Over six years of experience in data engineering and infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in AWS services, particularly Redshift, and data tools like Power BI and Dataiku.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in probability and statistics.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Experience with SQL and data modeling techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira or ServiceNow.
- Experience in developing data models and process flows.
- Knowledge of technical requirements relevant to Combat Vehicles.
- Experience working with development teams and understanding Agile metrics.
