Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mid to large-scale projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, tracking milestones and managing dependencies.
• Facilitate communication and reporting with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Identify and resolve project issues, performing impact analysis and prioritization.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure project success.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and lessons-learned reviews to support continuous improvement.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to all levels of management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
• Experience in Cybersecurity, Governance, and Risk Management.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead virtual teams.
