We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for VPN, proxy, and zero trust access issues, primarily impacting end users.
• Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting client connectivity across Windows and Mac devices.
• Support incident resolution during business hours, with potential escalation to engineering teams for complex issues.
• Contribute to maintaining service reliability for remote access and secure connectivity platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, authentication, and proxy-related challenges.

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in network security support or endpoint connectivity support at a Level 2 capacity.
• Hands-on experience with VPN and secure access clients, particularly Cisco AnyConnect and Zscaler.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues with minimal escalation.
• Experience working in a ticket-based support environment, including prioritization and effective user communication.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with firewall platforms such as Check Point for troubleshooting and escalation support.
• Exposure to load balancing or proxy infrastructure, such as F5 BIG-IP.
• General understanding of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals as it relates to connectivity troubleshooting.
