We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and voice/data communication issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating issues as necessary.
• Create and maintain detailed tickets for all support interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support practices.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer service, call center, or help desk environments.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with network configurations and basic networking concepts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
