Join our team as a Change Management Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving cultural transformation and enhancing organizational performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leaders to implement sustainable change strategies over an 8-month period.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to foster cultural change and improve performance across teams.
- Conduct comprehensive organizational readiness assessments and present findings to senior leadership.
- Develop and recommend strategic change plans tailored to organizational needs.
- Advise leadership on organizational development and behavioral change issues.
Skills
- Proven experience in change management and organizational development.
- Strong analytical skills to assess organizational readiness and impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior leaders.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and drive implementation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in conducting behavioral change assessments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and buy-in.
