JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Executive Project Manager to lead strategic projects within the finance sector. This role offers the opportunity to drive the digitalization of critical financial information while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and governance to meet quality and budget commitments.
  • Manage program expectations, scope, risks, and changes effectively.
  • Develop and maintain detailed work plans that highlight key dependencies and project schedules.
  • Drive daily project execution and proactively remove obstacles to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to identify and implement solutions for automation.
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive project communication plan, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders and team members.
  • Provide regular status updates and manage project governance through meetings and documentation.
  • Identify cross-organizational interdependencies and ensure seamless integration into the project plan.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in delivering complex technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technology project management and vendor-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile/Scrum certification.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Ability to document process flows for non-technical audiences.
