Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for video projects in collaboration with the creative team, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
• Create compelling narratives, mood boards, and storyboards that effectively convey the intended message.
• Provide art direction during production, guiding talent and ensuring visual consistency.
• Manage the post-production process, collaborating with editors and audio engineers to meet creative standards.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in video concepting and art direction.
• Strong ability to tell authentic and engaging stories through video content.
• Proficiency in video production tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• A strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of current video and social media trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sound design and color grading.
• Animation skills to enhance video content.
• Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
