Join our team as a Change Management Consultant, where you'll lead initiatives to drive cultural transformation and enhance organizational performance. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership to implement effective change strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to drive cultural change and improve performance across teams.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and present findings to senior leaders.
- Develop and recommend change plans tailored to project needs.
- Advise leadership on organizational development and change management issues.
Skills
- Proven experience in change management and organizational development.
- Strong analytical skills to assess organizational readiness and impact.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and project teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with behavioral change initiatives.
- Familiarity with conducting and interpreting readiness assessments.
- Background in consulting or advisory roles.
