Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys to enhance customer engagement.
• Design journeys using AEP Real-Time Customer Profile, focusing on event and segment-based strategies.
• Manage journey conditions, decision logic, and ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data readiness and identity resolution.
• Integrate AJO within the broader AEP architecture, ensuring smooth data flow.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of journeys before launch.
• Support UAT, go-live, and monitor journey performance post-launch.
• Document journey designs and operational procedures comprehensively.

Skills

• Proven experience in developing AJO and building Customer Intelligence Engines.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and its components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-channel marketing activations such as email, web, and paid media.
• Familiarity with journey performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to translate business use cases into executable journeys.
