Join our team as an AJO Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming marketing capabilities into a real-time, predictive engine. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with dynamic teams to enhance the Adobe marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys to enhance customer engagement.
- Design journeys using AEP Real-Time Customer Profile, focusing on event and segment-based strategies.
- Manage journey conditions, decision logic, and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data readiness and identity resolution.
- Integrate AJO within the broader AEP architecture, ensuring smooth data flow.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of journeys before launch.
- Support UAT, go-live, and monitor journey performance post-launch.
- Document journey designs and operational procedures comprehensively.
Skills
- Proven experience in developing AJO and building Customer Intelligence Engines.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and its components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cross-channel marketing activations such as email, web, and paid media.
- Familiarity with journey performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to translate business use cases into executable journeys.
