Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the structure and organization of Adobe Workfront for effective project tracking and governance.

• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable project structures within Workfront.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Document processes and best practices to ensure operational knowledge is shared across the team.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including project structure and reporting dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on operational excellence.

Preferred Skills
