We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and excellent service delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, fulfilling hardware deployment and inventory management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill hardware deployment and recovery requests for U.S. HQ users, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Manage inventory through stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware.
• Conduct detailed inventory management and participate in break/fix operations as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and build strong relationships with users to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain a high attention to detail and execute established processes accurately.

Skills

• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Certification for MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and management processes.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
