Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for various GTM roles.
• Develop comprehensive talent maps and gather competitive intelligence within the EMEA tech ecosystem.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search and other platforms to uncover hard-to-find talent.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Craft personalized outreach messages that effectively communicate the organization's mission and values.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to enhance effectiveness and share insights with the team.
• Contribute to talent research projects, including organizational charts and market analysis.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting research.
• Proven ability to source candidates for GTM roles, particularly in the Tech/AI sector.
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage diverse candidates.
• Data-driven approach to sourcing, with experience in tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience sourcing for AI/ML companies or in cloud infrastructure and enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency in multiple European languages.
• Background in executive search or research-focused recruiting roles.
• Experience in building talent maps and delivering competitive intelligence insights.
