Join our dynamic team as a GTM Sourcer/Researcher, where you'll play a crucial role in building a world-class talent acquisition function focused on Go-to-Market operations across EMEA. This position offers the opportunity to engage with top-tier talent and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for various GTM roles.
- Develop comprehensive talent maps and gather competitive intelligence within the EMEA tech ecosystem.
- Create innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search and other platforms to uncover hard-to-find talent.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Craft personalized outreach messages that effectively communicate the organization's mission and values.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to enhance effectiveness and share insights with the team.
- Contribute to talent research projects, including organizational charts and market analysis.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting research.
- Proven ability to source candidates for GTM roles, particularly in the Tech/AI sector.
- Strong proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Data-driven approach to sourcing, with experience in tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience sourcing for AI/ML companies or in cloud infrastructure and enterprise SaaS.
- Proficiency in multiple European languages.
- Background in executive search or research-focused recruiting roles.
- Experience in building talent maps and delivering competitive intelligence insights.
