Join our team as a Help Desk/Support Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology operations and support for our users. This position offers a dynamic environment to showcase your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and management of endpoint devices to uphold security and functionality.
- Serve as the expert contact for complex service desk escalations, providing guidance and solutions.
- Design and maintain configurations for macOS and iOS devices, ensuring optimal performance.
- Administer Windows environments using Microsoft Endpoint Manager to enforce policies effectively.
- Optimize virtual desktop infrastructure, addressing connectivity and performance challenges.
- Create and maintain scripts to automate tasks and enhance system integration.
- Implement endpoint security standards and collaborate with security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Endpoint Engineering or Mobile Device Management roles.
- Proficiency in managing macOS and iOS devices with Jamf Pro.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager for Windows environments.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon WorkSpaces administration.
- Strong scripting abilities in PowerShell and Bash.
- Knowledge of identity management systems like Okta or Azure AD.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as Jamf 200/300 or Microsoft MD-102.
- Experience deploying enterprise AI tools and managing AI-powered platforms.
- Familiarity with Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs.
