Join our innovative team as a Senior Software Engineer, where you'll lead the development of cutting-edge enterprise AI solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and driving technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive delivery of major platform projects, ensuring successful design, deployment, and post-launch performance.
- Manage and enhance Kubernetes clusters, focusing on networking, operators, and multi-tenant orchestration.
- Design and develop scalable and reliable distributed services and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP.
- Implement engineering excellence through rigorous code quality standards, design reviews, and automation practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business objectives and product goals.
- Mentor and guide fellow engineers in making informed architectural decisions and adopting best practices.
- Partner with leadership to ensure engineering strategies align with product objectives and technical roadmaps.
Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend and infrastructure.
- Proficient in programming with Python and/or Go, with a proven track record of delivering production-level code.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including building and operating clusters.
- Demonstrated ability in designing and managing distributed systems in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and practices, particularly in AWS and/or GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure setups.
- Knowledge of API gateways and policy/authorization frameworks.
- Background in improving engineering productivity at scale.
