Responsibilities

• Install, update, and maintain systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to end-user systems and applications.
• Offer recommendations to enhance system security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents and improve services.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in projects and workgroups to drive system improvements.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis, ensuring system reliability.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing Enterprise Vault systems.
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management and credential vault applications.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security technologies such as logical access controls and identity management.
• Knowledge of encryption, web traffic, and packet analysis.
• Familiarity with directories like AD and LDAP.
