• Assist in managing project tasks and support the existing team of analysts.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports to communicate project status and findings.

Skills

• Proven experience in business systems analysis, particularly with OnBase.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare systems and processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Certifications related to OnBase or similar technologies.
