We are seeking a skilled Principal IT Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative Salesforce solutions that drive commercial excellence in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions through discovery and design sessions.
• Lead design workshops, delivering high-quality solutions while managing risks and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide architecture governance and make strategic decisions to reduce technical debt and enhance scalability.
• Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality outcomes.
• Mentor and coach team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Document end-to-end solution architecture, detailing interactions between people, processes, and technology components.

Skills

• Proven experience with Salesforce configuration and development, including hands-on expertise in various Salesforce products.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage complex projects effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer-facing delivery roles, such as architect or solution engineer.
• Knowledge of integration tools and technologies, enhancing system interoperability.
• Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to pursue them upon hire.
• Familiarity with Pricing & Contracting technologies and data management practices.
