Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with accessibility design and inclusive design practices.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
