JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- seeking a Database Marketing Campaign Analyst contractor to play an integral role in developing and executing marketing campaigns for Business Banking.
- The candidate is responsible for campaign management by gathering campaign requirements, data discovery, building campaigns using SAS and other tools.
- The role requires collaboration across various internal and external partners.
- Must be able to work independently with strong analytic, communication, and project management skills.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Interpret business needs into campaign data requirements
- Build and execute marketing campaigns start to finish using SAS and/or other tools
- Perform campaign data quality control to verify expected result and campaign requirements are met
- Engage with the internal business marketing and product teams to execute key initiatives
- Coordinate campaign deliverables to internal and external end users
Skills needed:
- SAS and/or SQL, technical aptitude, database marketing/campaign development, attention to detail, communication and collaboration
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- Five plus years’ experience of analytics or campaign operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Database Marketing Campaign Operations, Marketing Analytics or related field
- 5+ years of SAS coding experience
- 3+ years of Cloud based tool experience (Azure, Python, Synapse, Databricks)
- Business Banking Marketing Campaign experience preferred
- Experience extracting data from multiple source systems and relational databases
- Analytic and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Basic project management experience, ability to lead project from inception to completion
- Adobe Workfront Management Platform experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
