Responsibilities

• Lead project planning efforts, defining deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify and mitigate risks, driving project activities and resolving issues.
• Communicate status and priorities effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Skills

• Extensive project management experience with large-scale software implementations.
• Strong vendor management skills, including RFP processes and financial control.
• Proven ability to manage projects with significant user impact and change management.
• Experience in managing project budgets and financial tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Background in utility projects and GIS systems.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with accrual-based accounting.
