We are seeking a talented Assistant Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design process for knits, sweaters, and accessories in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Lead with seasonal fabric orders and color selection.
• Support the creation of black and white sketches and color up all designs.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align design objectives.
• Create Client Paks and Tech Paks in partnership with Production and Tech Design teams.

Skills

• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of fabric types and color theory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the fashion industry, particularly with knitwear and accessories.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and market demands.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
