Join our dynamic team in a hybrid role focused on data and analytics reporting, where you'll collaborate with various internal teams to manage hardware lifecycle coordination and asset management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the lifecycle management of hardware, ensuring seamless order flow from vendors.
- Maintain and update the asset management system, effectively communicating with internal teams and end users.
- Forecast and refresh inventory to align with project goals, collaborating with the procurement team for purchase orders.
- Contribute to data visualization efforts by assisting in building dashboards, if experienced.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in hardware lifecycle coordination or asset management.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow, particularly the Hardware Asset Management tool.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and ask insightful questions.
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of basic hardware specifications.
- Ability to work independently while following instructions and executing tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with hardware certifications and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of software applications related to data management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
