Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incidents in production systems using enterprise observability tools.
• Assist in maintaining both on-premises and cloud infrastructure across various layers.
• Support operations across multiple cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Contribute to automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives to enhance consistency.
• Engage in DevSecOps and GitOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in cloud security posture management and help address vulnerabilities.
• Document procedures and system configurations for team knowledge sharing.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Understanding of Linux and/or Windows server operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or SRE-related roles.
• Exposure to observability or monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus.
• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with containerization or orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of cloud security posture or compliance concepts.
