Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new clients onto our software solution, ensuring tailored configurations that meet their business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex technical integrations and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
• Provide outstanding customer service and share best practices to help clients maximize their investment in our platform.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars to empower clients in using the software effectively.
• Report project statuses and address any blockers during weekly meetings with the Customer Success leadership team.
• Innovate and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or customer support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Proficient knowledge of accounting and finance systems, with familiarity in practices such as expense management and audit processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting to C-level executives and leading client-facing meetings.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical concepts and tools.
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
