Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes to standardize and classify data for effective analysis.
- Validate data accuracy and completeness, working closely with data providers to enhance workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data issues.
- Maintain data cleanliness by advising on protocols and processes.
- Audit and report on the quality control of data analysis and visualizations.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Excel for data analytics.
- Experience in claims processing and handling high-volume inquiries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work independently and anticipate data issues proactively.
- Excellent communication skills to explain data systems to non-technical teams.
- Experience with IMAX and TXEN systems.
