Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing events to verify solutions meet business requirements.
• Develop and manage comprehensive testing plans, including specifications and execution.
• Collaborate with IT and Claims teams to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and action items related to testing.
• Act as a subject matter expert in claims operations system applications.

Skills

• Proven experience in quality assurance and systems/application testing.
• Strong understanding of creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in user acceptance testing and various testing levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with medical care, government programs, and commercial lines-of-business.
• Project management certification and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
