Join our team as an AJO Developer, where you'll be at the forefront of crafting and optimizing customer journeys using advanced technology. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring seamless integration with architecture.
- Design event-driven and segment-based journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Manage journey conditions, decision logic, and cross-channel activations to enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of journeys, supporting UAT and go-live processes.
- Document journey designs and operational runbooks, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Real-Time Customer Profile.
- Strong analytical skills to configure and manage journey conditions and activations.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Ability to perform end-to-end testing and troubleshooting of customer journeys.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cross-channel marketing activations, including email, web, and paid media.
- Knowledge of identity resolution and data readiness for journey execution.
- Familiarity with offer management and personalization strategies.
