Join a dynamic team as a Project/Program Manager, where you'll lead community-driven initiatives and foster engagement across various platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow vibrant online communities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement and manage a large Discord community through daily interactions, announcements, and event coordination.
- Lead the Kiro Champions program, focusing on feedback, engagement assessments, and translating insights into actionable product requests.
- Develop and operationalize a community spotlight program, sourcing testimonials and coordinating content amplification.
- Monitor Reddit for community sentiment, trends, and feature requests, providing valuable insights to leadership.
- Produce comprehensive weekly reports on community health metrics and social performance for product and marketing teams.
- Coordinate community initiatives, including virtual hackathons and in-person events, to enhance user group activations.
Skills
- Proven experience in community program management and stakeholder reporting.
- Strong ability to manage and grow online communities, particularly on platforms like Discord and Reddit.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with moderators and service teams.
- Proficiency in producing detailed reports and translating community insights into strategic actions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI developer tools and familiarity with developer community marketing.
- Background in working with leading AI development tool companies such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, and others.
