We are seeking a dedicated Change Management Consultant to lead initiatives that drive culture change and enhance organizational performance. This remote position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with teams to implement sustainable improvements within an organization.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate organizational readiness assessments and evaluate results to inform change plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address behavioral change issues for successful project roll-outs.
- Develop and present findings to project teams and senior leaders, recommending actionable change strategies.
- Oversee activities aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities and driving sustainable performance improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
Skills
- Proven experience in change management and organizational development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess organizational needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex information effectively.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in supply chain management and retail environments.
- Knowledge of instructional design and training development.
- Familiarity with impact assessments and change lead methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
