Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Organizational Psychology.
• Proven experience in change management, with a strong understanding of related principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and implement solutions.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills
