Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from creative development to performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets are consistent with branding and campaign objectives.
• Manage A/B testing and user acceptance testing to optimize marketing strategies.
• Analyze consumer behavior and conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Educate and promote digital marketing best practices within the organization.

Skills

• 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on both paid media and website marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEO and digital marketing analytics tools.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and best practices.
• Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
