Responsibilities

• Translate vendor delivery plans into actionable project milestones and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain clarity on project execution, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and governance structures for effective project management.
• Facilitate core operating rhythms, including status updates, risk assessments, and decision-making processes.
• Develop and deliver clear communications for stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead change management efforts, particularly related to AI adoption within the organization.
• Identify and address resource gaps and decision bottlenecks proactively.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong background in governance, communications, and change management.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven success in collaborating with senior executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with project governance and management tools.
• Background in legal or compliance-related project management.
