We are seeking a talented individual to lead the architectural design and implementation of a new enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Hub. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex engineering efforts and drive transformative initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a scalable MDM Hub aligned with enterprise transformation requirements.
• Define data models, governance rules, and integration standards to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize global and regional master data processes.
• Assess integration patterns between MDM platforms and various systems to optimize data flow.
• Oversee engineering efforts involving advanced integrations and complex workflows.
• Provide technical leadership during system design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Manage deliverables from external support partners to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Drive preparation activities for S/4 transformation and lead key initiatives related to data migration and cloud integration.

Skills

• Extensive experience in MDM architecture and SAP solution design.
• Strong knowledge of MDM Hub, SAP MDG, and S/4HANA architecture.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale solution implementations and engineering efforts.
• Hands-on experience with evaluating new technologies and architectures.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with global environments and multiple functional domains.
• Certification in MDM Hub or related specialties.
