Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive implementation of VMS platforms, ensuring seamless planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and manage global rollout strategies, aligning with regional requirements and compliance standards.
• Drive project execution with a focus on timelines, deliverables, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, Procurement, IT, and external vendors.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and system configurations.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, and system validation processes.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Proactively identify and resolve implementation challenges to minimize business disruptions.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives across global teams.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.

Skills

• Proven experience in leading full-cycle VMS implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise VMS platforms like Beeline, Flextrack, Fieldglass, VNDLY, or Magnit.
• Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented execution style.
• Experience in managing global or multi-region rollouts.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with contingent workforce programs and procurement processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically with Beeline or Flextrack implementations.
• Background in HR technology, procurement systems, or workforce management tools.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
