We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting daily operations and enhancing our waste minimization efforts across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track day-to-day service requests related to waste programs, including trash, recycling, and cardboard balers.
• Coordinate with vendors for pickups, repairs, and issue resolution to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on open requests, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and cost drivers related to waste management.
• Assist store teams with inquiries and troubleshooting related to waste programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of programs and services.
• Identify and flag recurring issues to the core team for resolution.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with stores and vendors.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes.
• Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to processes.
• Basic data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and tracking systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with work order management software, such as IBM Maximo or Smartsheet.
• Ability to train on systems and adapt to new technologies.
