We are seeking a talented Designer to join our dynamic team, focusing on creating innovative designs for men's knits and sweaters. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while contributing to exciting fashion projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts that reflect current fashion trends, including style, color, and fabric choices.
• Create detailed sketches and seasonal presentations of proposed designs.
• Analyze fashion trends and collaborate with sourcing and materials development teams.
• Participate in fit sessions and provide basic fit and body block information.
• Communicate design vision through Client Paks/Tech Paks, ensuring execution and quality standards are met.
• Attend cross-functional meetings with merchandising, production, and technical design teams.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience in the fashion industry.
• Proven experience in related design roles with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Excellent understanding of fashion trends and the ability to interpret them creatively.
• Strong sketching skills and proficiency in design software.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fabric sourcing and color selection processes.
• Familiarity with technical design and production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
